About this file
This is an Offeror Experience exhibit for Solicitation No. 5400026039, issued by the South Carolina Department of Administration for SCEIS Modernization services. The exhibit establishes guidelines and requirements for offerors to demonstrate their business experience providing the services described in the solicitation. Offerors must submit their experience summary in no more than ten pages, with responses limited to the first ten pages of submission. The document specifies that offerors responding as prime vendors and subcontractor partnerships must clearly identify which company provided the specific business experience being described. Offerors must provide past relevant experience where they served as the prime vendor and may duplicate project examples as necessary, with particular emphasis on projects reflecting work in state agencies, federal government, education, and local government markets using an on-shore delivery model.
The Offeror Experience exhibit requires detailed project information including client name, contact information, project name and scope, project schedule with start and end dates, and annual contract value. Offerors must describe lessons learned during implementation and run services, addressing Cloud Infrastructure Services, Platform Services, Apps Managed Services, and SAP Solution and S/4HANA Migration Run Services. Additionally, offerors must demonstrate their experience designing, deploying, and managing S/4HANA migration projects, including pre-migration activities, roll-out schedules, training and knowledge transfer, quality assurance processes, and support for client enhancement and process improvement initiatives. The exhibit does not include pricing terms, set-asides, or contract value information, serving solely as an evaluation framework for assessing offeror qualifications and past performance relevant to the modernization services.
