About this file
This document is an addendum to Invitation for Bid (IFB) No. 608-24-96172 issued by the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TxDMV) for court reporting and transcription services. The solicitation is for services to be performed primarily at the TxDMV Headquarters, but may be required at various other locations statewide. The addendum provides responses to vendor questions and clarifications, and states that the addendum takes precedence over the original solicitation requirements. Respondents must sign and return the addendum with their bid submission.
The solicitation seeks a single award to the bidder providing the best value for the State. Meetings can be conducted in-person or virtually, with in-person meetings requiring the vendor to be on-site while virtual meetings may allow remote service delivery. Respondents must complete all sections of the provided pricing sheet, as TxDMV intends to award a single contract covering both court reporting and transcription services.

Attachment A - Addendum 1: Questions and Answers IFB No. 608-24-96172 Court Reporting and Transcription Services
Since court reporting and transcription are separated on the pricing sheet (attachment E), does that allow for bidding on only one section and not both?
Complete all sections of Attachment E Pricing Sheet.
TxDMV intends to make an award to a single Bidder providing the best value for the State. See IFB 608-24- 96172 Section A.8.5 Award Approach.
Both. Meetings can be in-person or virtual. In-person meetings will require the vendor to be on-site while virtual meetings may allow services to be performed remotely. See Attachment D Statement of Work, Section 2.1 Description of Deliverables/Specifications.
Is this for onsite or could it be done remotely?
