About this file

This document is an attachment to a state or local contract opportunity for the Ellington AFB (EF) Project Coordination. The attachment provides requirements for submittals, definitions, coordination of work with other parties, utilities and infrastructure coordination, project meetings, sequence of work, adjacent facilities and properties, Base facilities, and reference points and surveys. The document outlines the responsibilities of the contractor, the Project Manager, and Base personnel in executing the work, maintaining continuous occupancy and operation of the Base during construction, and documenting existing site conditions. It also specifies requirements for utility service interruptions, contractor safety plans, progress payment procedures, and layout and surveying work.

The document does not provide details on pricing, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other commercial terms. The focus is on the technical and logistical requirements for the contractor to successfully perform the project coordination work while minimizing disruptions to the ongoing Base operations.
