About this file
This document provides quick information related to the Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Subcontracting Plan (HSP) for a state and local contract opportunity issued by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC). The contract opportunity is for the provision of full routine maintenance, preventative maintenance, phone monitoring, and services on all elevators and related equipment at the El Paso State Office Building. The contract term is from the date of issuance of the purchase order through August 31, 2025, with options to renew for two additional two-year periods. The solicitation includes a mandatory site visit on one of three scheduled dates, and the deadline for bid submission is June 10, 2024, at 3:00 PM Central Time. The contract is expected to commence on July 1, 2024.
The document outlines the requirements for the HSP, including the use of a Master HSP, submittal of an HSP for each service, and the need for a Progress Assessment Report (PAR) with each invoice. The document also addresses audits in the B2G system and the requirement for awarded respondents to maintain the HSP for the life of the contract in accordance with Texas Administrative Code and the TFC HUB Policies and Procedures.
