About this file

This document is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) for elevator and related equipment maintenance and services at the El Paso State Office Building. The contract term is from the date of purchase order issuance through August 31, 2025, with options to renew for two additional two-year periods. Mandatory site visits are scheduled for May 20, 21, and 22, 2024, and bids are due by June 10, 2024 at 3:00 PM Central Time. TFC anticipates making a single award from this solicitation.

The IFB provides detailed pricing instructions, requiring bidders to submit pricing on Attachment E - Building/Equipment Listing and Compensation and Fees.
