About this file
This is a vendor workshop instructional guide issued by San Bernardino County to assist registered vendors in submitting questions on bids posted through the ePro procurement platform. The document provides step-by-step instructions for accessing the ePro system, locating open bids, and submitting inquiries related to specific bid opportunities. Vendors must first register for an ePro account and sign in using their login credentials before they can post questions to active bids. The guide explains that vendors should navigate to the Bids tab, locate the desired bid by bid number, and access the Bid Q&A section, which allows them to enter a subject line and question text. The system permits vendors to save and continue submitting additional questions or exit to the main bid page after submission.
The guide notes important operational considerations regarding question submission, including that the Q&A button will be disabled if questions are no longer being accepted, and that the subject and question fields may be unavailable if the deadline for posting questions has expired. Answers to submitted questions may appear directly on the Bid Q&A page or, alternatively, may be compiled by county staff into a bid amendment document that is distributed to all vendors so that all bidders can review questions and responses from other vendors. This document does not address pricing, set-asides, funding sources, or contract terms, as it serves exclusively as a procedural guide for the question submission process within the ePro platform.

The answer(s) to your question may be posted in the Bid QA.
Note: The Bid QA page only displays your questions and answers.
Important: If you don’t see your answer(s) on the Bid QA page, it’s likely that:
• The questions have been sent out to the RFP subject matter expert and the answers have not been received and posted to ePo.
• The questions posted by all vendors were compiled into one document with answers. A bid amendment will be created with a file attachment that lists the questions/answers from all vendors.
This is done so that vendors can see posted questions/answers by all vendors.
