NOTIFICATION TO INTERESTED PARTIES UNDER

COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

TAFB CE SERVICES OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

FA813725R0004

1. IAW FAR 22.1010, Notification to Interested Parties Under Collective Bargaining Agreements, this is to provide notification of the follow-on contract being solicited and the estimated timeline of the solicitation process and award.

a. Issuance of Solicitation TBD

b. Award of Contract TBD

c. Start of Performance TBD

*These dates are estimated and dependent upon the acquisition process.

2. That the current Contractor, Alutiiq Commercial Enterprises Inc., and the unions listed below have agreed upon Collective Bargaining Agreements that are in place for the respective periods.

a. International Association of Machinists 8/1/2019 thru 7/31/2022

b. and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO District

c. Lodge 171 and its Local Lodge 850 TAFB

d. AND Satellite Services, Inc.

e. Teamsters Local Union 886 8/1/2020 thru 7/31/23

3. The follow-on contract will include a three-month transition-in with a 3-year performance base year and (1) one 3-year option period, for a total performance period of six years. Additionally, a six-month Option to Extend Services that could potentially extend the period of performance to six years six months.
