About this file

This document is a Contractor-Furnished Equipment (CFE) list that is an attachment to a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for Yuma Mission Test Support Services. The CFE list specifies the equipment that the contractor must provide, including office furniture, personal protective equipment, office supplies, and name tags/lanyards. The costs for these items must be recouped in the contractor's indirect charge rate and cannot be billed directly. The government may initially provide similar property as Government Furnished Property (GFP), but once it reaches end of life, the contractor must replace it. The contractor-furnished property will remain contractor-owned and will not be identified as Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) or GFP.

The draft RFP is being released for review and comment, with a deadline of 12:00 PM on Wednesday, March 27, 2024. The contracting authority is the Department of the Army Materiel Command Mission and Installation Contracting Command Yuma Proving Ground.
