About this file
This document is a federal contract opportunity (RFQ) for the purchase, delivery, and installation of sixteen seismic-compliant IT cabinet racks in two hot aisle containment (HAC) configurations. Each HAC will have two rows of four cabinets. The racks must be fitted with various hardware components, including brush grommet rail kits, copper bus bars, vertical cable bar kits, blanking/filler panels, remote power distribution units (rPDUs), rPDU bracket sets, ganging kits, and temperature sensors. The requirement also includes hot aisle containment doors, biometric door locks, LED lighting strips, thermal breakaway curtains, a main control server, new floor tiles, and adjustable floor vents. Pre- and post-installation airflow, temperature, and power measurements are required. The contract is being issued by the Department of the Air Force Space Command, and all questions are due by September 17, 2024.
