About this file
This document outlines the Scope of Work and Conditions for a Professional Services Contract (PSC) related to Davis-Bacon Wage Rate compliance for construction projects under the Michigan Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB). The PSC is responsible for tasks such as tracking certified payroll submissions, conducting periodic spot checks to ensure prevailing wages are being paid, verifying wage rate postings, conducting employee interviews, promptly notifying the contractor of non-compliance issues, and maintaining organized project files. The PSC is required to seek guidance from the U.S. Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division as needed for DBRA coverage, wage determination applicability, and work classification. DTMB will be the point of reference for guidance on the performance conditions of this scope, while the U.S. Department of Labor is the resource for DBRA assistance.
Pricing and funding details are not provided in this document. However, it indicates that DTMB intends to support the PSC's actions towards the contractor for non-compliance and payment withholding.
