About this file

This document is a Criminal History Screening Practices form for a City of Tampa procurement opportunity. The form provides bidders with three options: 1) decline any discount or incentive related to criminal history screening practices, 2) decline discounts but affirm having similar practices to the City of Tampa's ordinances, or 3) apply for applicable discounts by providing specific documentation about hiring disadvantaged workers.

For bidders choosing the third option, they must submit a notarized past employment analysis detailing disadvantaged worker hiring, an estimate of future disadvantaged worker hiring, evidence of non-discriminatory recruitment literature, identification of potential job opportunities for disadvantaged workers, and agreement to consider qualified disadvantaged workers for job placement. The form allows proposers to demonstrate their commitment to inclusive hiring practices, with potential incentives available for those meeting the city's standards for disadvantaged worker employment.
