About this file
Amendment No. 2 to Professional Services Agreement No. CN327 is executed between the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and APTIM Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC, headquartered at 4171 Essen Lane, Baton Rouge, Louisiana 70809. The amendment renews the existing professional architectural and engineering services agreement that was originally effective July 28, 2016.
The amendment extends the agreement for an additional five-year term commencing July 28, 2021, and concluding July 28, 2026, under the same terms and conditions as the original agreement. Key modifications include the replacement of Section 4.11 with updated public records requirements (Attachment J) and the addition of scrutinized company certifications prohibiting engagement with companies involved in boycotts of Israel, business operations in Sudan, Cuba, Syria, or the Iran Petroleum Energy Sector. The public records requirements apply if the agreement exceeds $35,000.00 and require the consultant to maintain public access to all documents unless exempt under Florida law, with provisions for transfer or retention of records upon contract completion. The amendment was signed by APTIM on February 16, 2021, and by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection on June 30, 2021.
