Bid responses must be submitted electronically through OpenGov no later than Friday, September 4, 2026 at 2:00 pm. All locations, corresponding square footages, and site photographs are provided in the bid documents. Contractors are required to independently verify all field conditions, dimensions, and site constraints prior to bidding and may not rely solely on provided photographs. The City reserves the right to authorize work through phased Notices to Proceed by CFD, with continuation contingent upon satisfactory performance evaluation.

Pricing for all work, including incidental items such as sawcutting, demolition, disposal, excavation, compaction, grading, forming, striping, site cleanup, traffic control, and site protection, is included in the unit prices bid. Contractors bear full responsibility for site security, damage to private property or vehicles resulting from construction activities, restoration of irrigation systems and landscaping, utility location verification through 811 prior to excavation at each location, and all required permits and inspections. Concrete placement must occur within five calendar days of form installation unless approved otherwise by the City. The City may terminate the contract for convenience upon seven calendar days' written notice, limiting payment to work satisfactorily completed and accepted at applicable unit prices plus documented demobilization costs. No separate payment will be provided for discrepancies between site photographs and actual field conditions, and no compensation is guaranteed for CFDs not authorized by written Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reprioritize, add, remove, or defer locations based on funding availability, inspection findings, operational needs, or emergency conditions.
