About this file
This document package includes a Contractor Data Requirements List (CDRL) and related federal contract solicitation. The CDRL outlines quality management plan requirements for an elevator maintenance and repair services contract. It requires the contractor to submit a Quality Management System plan within 15 days of award to describe its quality methodology, organization, and processes. It must address work documentation, compliance assessment, quality inspections, and corrective actions. The federal contract solicitation seeks proposals for elevator maintenance and repair services at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. A pre-proposal site visit will be held on January 24, 2022, with questions due by January 26, 2022. Proposals are due as detailed in Sections L and M of the solicitation. The contract will be awarded by the Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command.
