About this file

This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for a UPS Technical Manual, specifically Data Item A001 for the United States Coast Guard's Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) replacement project. The CDRL provides detailed instructions for submitting a technical manual for a UPS system supporting the Shipboard Alarm and Announcing System (A&AS) and Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS).

Key submission requirements include electronic submission via Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Acces, Adobe Document Format (PDF), and Joint Photographic Experts Group (jpeg) or AutoCAD (dwg) file formats. The technical manual must be submitted electronically to specific Coast Guard contacts within 30 days after contract award, with distribution authorized to U.S. Government agencies. The document includes a warning about export control restrictions and requires destruction methods that prevent disclosure of contents. The distribution is marked as Distribution Statement C, indicating limited distribution with administrative operational/determination requirements.
