About this file
This document is a Pricing Schedule for a federal contract opportunity involving Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS) for the United States Coast Guard. The solicitation (70Z04425RC2PL2550) covers UPS equipment for the Shipboard Alarm & Announcing System (A&AS) and Electronic Chart Display and Information System (ECDIS), with a maximum contract value of $2,000,000. The pricing schedule includes firm-fixed unit prices for UPS units across five contract years, with a minimum unit quantity of 5, and requires delivery within 90 calendar days after receipt of a delivery order.
The pricing schedule specifies that all items must be proposed FOB Destination, with prices in US dollars rounded to two decimal places and inclusive of all costs, including delivery and duties. The contract line items (CLINs) are structured with identical UPS units for each contract year (Years 1-5), with two line items per year. Vendors are instructed to complete only the yellow boxes in the pricing schedule, with other calculations performed automatically. Estimated quantities are noted as estimates only and not guaranteed purchases under this Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.
