About this file

This is a catalog file for landscape and grounds maintenance services provided by The Land Design Group-Bluestone Landscape Management to the Kentucky Department of Criminal Justice Training (DOCJT). The catalog outlines fourteen distinct service line items covering lawn care and snow removal operations at multiple DOCJT facilities including the Boonesborough Firing Range, McKinney Skills Driving Track, Sayre Building, Richmond Firing Range, Stone Building, Funderburk Building, Thompson Residence Hall, and Weber Building. Lawn care services involve bi-weekly or weekly mowing at heights of 2.5 to 3 inches, string trimming and edging, debris removal, and seasonal services including herbicide application, mulching, flower planting, and landscaping maintenance. Snow and ice removal services are triggered at snowfall events of two inches or more and must be completed by specified morning times or at night to avoid interference with training operations. Services require calcium chloride ice melt application with melting factors between 0 and 5 degrees Fahrenheit. The catalog does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, bidder meetings, or award dates.

Pricing for individual service line items ranges from $64.63 to $800.09 per service event, with sidewalk snow removal services priced between $150.00 and $465.00. The catalog lists list prices and delivery of one day for all services. No information is provided regarding set-asides, incumbent contractor status, contract term, renewal options, funding sources, or other financial requirements. The file appears to be a standing offer or blanket purchase agreement catalog maintained by DOCJT for facility maintenance services across multiple training and administrative locations.
