About this file
This is Section J Attachment 8, an Offeror Responsibility Information form from the Department of Interior that contractors must complete to demonstrate they meet FAR Part 9 responsibility standards.
The form requires offerors to provide details on all ongoing contracts for both the prime contractor and major subcontractors, including contract numbers, amounts, descriptions, performance periods, and subcontracting percentages. Additionally, offerors must complete tables showing their available personnel by labor category (comparing needed vs. available staff) and equipment resources (comparing needed vs. available quantities). If shortages exist in either personnel or equipment, offerors must explain how they will address these gaps. The document specifies that all submitted information will be treated as confidential by the government.
