**The Government will host only one Industry Day at: U.S. Coast Guard Center, Kearneysville, WV

• Participation is in-person or via Microsoft Teams (dial-in will be provided at least 48 hours prior to the Industry Day event via sam.gov).

• All Industry Day participants must complete a VAR form and return to kenyada.t.corley@uscg.mil, carrita.l.king@uscg.mil, and randall.c.jackson@uscg.mil by Noon ET September 15, 2023.

• You will not be admitted to the U.S. Coast Guard Center, Kearneysville, WV for the Industry Day event if you have not submitted a VAR by the due date, NO EXCEPTIONS.

• In addition to VAR form, participants must also comply with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) identification process to enter the U.S. Coast Guard Center, Kearneysville, WV. Please follow the link for information regarding acceptable identification.
