Offerors must be registered in good standing (non-debarred) with the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.GOV to be eligible for award. A site visit date is to be determined and will be provided in the RFP if deemed necessary. The RFP specifies a conflict-of-interest provision prohibiting awards to architecture and engineering (A&E) firms or affiliates that prepared a significant portion of the design, and construction subcontractors cannot inspect their own work. All communications regarding the RFP must be directed to Doreen Agbayani, Sr. Subcontracts Administrator, at doreena@SLAC.Stanford.edu.
