About this file

This document contains a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) for professional facilitation services to support a Federal Advisory Committee and related NEPA analysis for the USDA Forest Service. Key details include acceptable quality levels for project management, knowledge of substantive issues and procedures, drafting recommendations and meeting summaries, and schedule timeliness. Performance will be monitored on a monthly basis across these elements on a scale of unsatisfactory to exceptional. The contractor must deliver monthly reports within stringent timeframes with few revisions, demonstrate expertise on committee issues and processes with minimal government intervention, and respond promptly to communications. This facilitation support is needed for the Northwest Forest Plan Advisory Committee to provide advice to the Forest Service on sustainable landscape management approaches.
