About this file
This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines deliverables required under a contract to provide facilitation services for the Morris K. Udall Foundation's Northwest Forest Plan Advisory Committee project. The contractor must submit draft meeting summaries within 21 calendar days of each advisory committee or subcommittee meeting, with revisions due 1 week after receiving comments from the Udall Foundation. Summaries require sufficient detail to document discussions and support developing recommendations, and must be validated for accuracy by advisory committee members. Deliverables are to be submitted electronically in Microsoft Office formats.
The related federal contract opportunity is a request for proposal from the Morris K. Udall Foundation to provide non-personal professional services including facilitating a Federal Advisory Committee convened by the U.S. Forest Service on landscape management approaches for Northwest Forest Plan lands. The advisory committee will provide advice to support a Forest Service NEPA analysis.
