About this file

This Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) outlines deliverables for advisory committee recommendations to support the U.S. Forest Service Northwest Forest Plan and related NEPA analysis. The contractor will facilitate an advisory committee convened by the Forest Service under the Federal Advisory Committee Act to provide advice on landscape management, climate change adaptation, wildfire resilience, and demands on National Forest lands. For each recommendation in the committee's charter, the contractor must facilitate consensus and validate draft recommendations with the committee. Initial drafts are due to the government six weeks before each charter deadline for comment incorporation. Finalized recommendations and revisions must be delivered to the Udall Foundation one week before charter milestones for distribution to stakeholders. Deliverables are required in Microsoft Office formats and documents must be freely editable by the government after delivery.
