About this file
This document is a Compliance and Experience Form related to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Disaster Recovery, Mitigation, Policy, and Data Analytics Support Services solicited by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
The form requires the contractor to affirm their interest and eligibility to participate in the solicitation, including their small business status under NAICS code 541611 and any 8(a) certification. The contractor must also provide details on their relevant experience, such as emergency management, economic development, working with financial institutions and government agencies, strategic planning, and policy development. The contractor's submission will be evaluated on a "go/no-go" basis, with only the top-scoring proposals being advised to opt-in to the next phase of the competition.
