About this file
This document is a set of Questions and Answers (Q&A) related to Solicitation RFQ-73351024R0006 for Disaster Recovery, Mitigation, Policy, and Data Analytics Support Services. The solicitation is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract established by the Small Business Administration (SBA) to provide management, financial consulting, acquisition, grants management, and business program/project management services.
The Q&A clarifies details around the transition-in plan, small business data collection, use of artificial intelligence, training material requirements, deployment timelines, pricing evaluation, and past performance submission. Key points include that the contractor must achieve full staffing within 15 days of IDIQ award, SBA will provide small business data, AI usage requires SBA notification, and past performance from major subcontractors (25%+ of contract value) will be evaluated. Pricing will be evaluated for price reasonableness, but the Government will not provide labor hour estimates.
