About this file
These are two equipment approval lists for Command, Control, Display Equipment (CCDE), Video Management Systems (VMS), cameras/imagers, and intrusion detection sensors for non-nuclear Department of Defense facilities.
Attachment 1, dated 23 March 2026, lists equipment approved for new procurements, installations, and upgrades. Approved CCDE includes systems from Prometheus Security Group (PSG) such as LINX Predator Elite Version 8.1 with specified component versions, LenelS2 OnGuard Version 8.1 (requiring Milestone XProtect 22.2av integration), and Honeywell Vindicator Command and Control Platform Version 10. Approved VMS includes Milestone XProtect 22.2av and PSG VICADS versions 4.3, 4.3.5, and V100.2.1, each with specific tested configurations and operating system requirements. Assessment cameras approved for interior and exterior alarm assessment include models from Axis, Bosch, Hanwha, Pelco, Vicon, and Vivotek. Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras from manufacturers including Avigilon, Bosch, Pelco, and Vicon may be used for approach zone assessment and surveillance but not as primary means for sensor point assessment. Interior intrusion detection sensors include magnetic switches, active infrared, passive infrared, and volumetric sensors from manufacturers such as ASSA ABLOY, BEA, Bosch, Eltec, Fiber Sensys, Magnasphere, Optex, and Protech. Exterior sensors include fence sensors, vertical taut wire sensors, fiber optic systems, and microwave sensors from DeTekion, EAG, ECSI, Fiber SenSys, IR Global, Protech, RBtec, Senstar, and Southwest Microwave. Wide area detection/approach zone sensors include FLIR Ranger radar systems (1-3), Magos SR-500, and SpotterRF C40D. For PL-3 and PL-4 assets, only specified thermal imaging cameras (Clear Align VZ-250 and FLIR DEFENDIR models) are approved as additional equipment.
Attachment 2, dated 24 February 2025, lists non-procurable equipment approved for continued use and sustainment in existing installations. Approved legacy CCDE includes older versions of Advantor Advantage Suite for Networks, PSG LINX Predator Elite annunciators and components, and Honeywell Vindicator systems with multiple version configurations. Legacy VMS includes versions from Advantor, Bosch, Cisco, Milestone, and PSG VICADS ranging from version 4.0 to 4.3.4. Assessment cameras include multiple discontinued or older models from Axis, Bosch, Hanwha, Pelco, and Vicon. Pan-Tilt-Zoom cameras include legacy models and thermal imaging systems such as FLIR ThermoVision Multi-Sensor Systems. Interior intrusion detection sensors include aircraft sensors (AN/GPS-15, AN/GSS-20, AN/GSS-36, AN/GSS-39), various PIR and microwave sensors, and older magnetic switch models. Exterior sensors include legacy fence sensors, buried line sensors, and microwave systems from manufacturers including Racon and Southwest Microwave, with specific restrictions on northern tier use for certain models due to snow and ice accumulation concerns. Wide area detection sensors include PSRS STS-350 ground-based radar and WISP Version 2.1. For PL-3 and PL-4 assets, approved additional equipment includes TASS 6.0.1 annunciator and thermal imaging systems.
