About this file
This is a Pricing Worksheet template for the Villages, FL IOTA federal contract opportunity (Solicitation 36C77626Q0148) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center Austin. The worksheet is designed for contractors to submit labor rates and costs across four contract line items (CLINs) covering pre-activation services, warehousing services, activation services, and travel support.
The base contract period (CLIN 0001 – Pre-Activation Services) runs from August 1, 2026 through November 30, 2029, with four annual pricing periods. The worksheet requires contractors to propose labor categories with hourly rates for each period, total hours, and calculated prices. The example pricing provided shows 975 total hours at a total evaluated price of $194,625 for pre-activation services, including project management support (325 hours at rates ranging from $100–$140 per hour), senior designer services (300 hours at $150–$180 per hour), and senior transition planner services (600 hours at $200–$250 per hour). Optional CLINs include warehousing services (01/01/2029–09/30/2029), activation services with post-occupancy support and staff training (05/01/2029–11/30/2029), and travel costs (CLIN 0002 and CLIN 0005), which are excluded from the total evaluated price. The instructions require contractors to replace example labor categories and rates with their own information, identify personnel as prime or subcontractor, provide rates for all four periods regardless of when work is performed, and ensure pricing mirrors the formal Price/Cost Schedule in the solicitation document.
