About this file
This is a pricing worksheet template for IOTA (Internet of Things & Activation) services at a New Orleans Department of Veterans Affairs facility, solicitation number 36C77626Q0177. The worksheet is designed for contractors to submit labor rates and associated costs across four contract periods: Period 1 (08/01/2026-07/31/2027), Period 2 (08/01/2027-07/31/2028), Period 3 (08/01/2028-07/31/2029), and Period 4 (08/01/2029-12/31/2029). The template provides an example pricing structure for CLIN 0001 (IOTA Services) under PWS Task 16.1 (Project Management Services), which includes three sample labor categories: Program Manager (Activation) as a subcontractor, Senior Designer as prime, and Senior Transition Planner as prime, with hourly rates escalating across the four periods and totaling 1,300 hours and $273,375.00 for the base period.
The worksheet includes provisions for pricing additional CLINs: CLIN 0002 (Travel—optional task, costs excluded from evaluated price), and CLIN 0003 (Warehousing Services for 03/01/2029-10/31/2029). Multiple PWS tasks are outlined but greyed out with zero pricing, including Interior Design/FF&E & Space Planning Services (Task 16.2), CONOPS and Transition Planning (Task 16.3), Acquisition Planning (Task 16.4), Acquisition Packages Development (Task 16.5), Activation Services (Task 16.6), and Staff Training & Orientation (Task 16.7). Contractors must provide labor rates for all four years regardless of which period a task is performed, identify personnel as prime or subcontractor, confirm pricing mirrors Section B.2 of the solicitation, and explicitly exclude labor rates and costs from any Basis of Estimate submission.
