About this file
This is a Cost Summary Spreadsheet for a federal contract opportunity, specifically the N00421-21-R-0161 solicitation. The detailed Excel document provides a comprehensive breakdown of labor categories, rates, and hours across five ordering periods, with all labor categories located at the G - St. Inigoes site. The spreadsheet includes numerous technical and engineering roles such as Computer Hardware Engineers, Network Architects, Electrical Engineers, Electronics Technicians, Software Developers, and Project Management Specialists, ranging from entry-level to advanced positions.
The cost summary template requires contractors to input employee names, employment status (current/contingent/prospective), labor category details, direct labor rates, hours, and other financial information. The spreadsheet is structured to capture direct labor costs, indirect labor costs, subcontractor labor costs, fixed fees, and other direct costs (ODCs). All labor categories have predefined minimum direct labor rates based on Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) or Service Contract Act (SCA) codes, with rates incrementally increasing across the five ordering periods. The document is designed for precise cost calculation and submission as part of a federal contract bid process.
