About this file
This is a Register of Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act issued by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division.
The wage determination applies to employees performing services on a Department of Commerce contract for project management, administrative operations and maintenance, technical requirements, security, and janitorial services at the Fairbanks Command and Data Acquisition Station in Alaska (Boroughs of Fairbanks North and North Slope). The determination is based on two collective bargaining agreements with NetCentric Technology, LLC: one with the Fairbanks Joint Crafts Council and one with Teamsters Local 959, both effective June 1, 2026 through May 31, 2029. Contractors must pay wage rates and fringe benefits as specified in these current collective bargaining agreements. The determination also notes that Executive Order 13706 requires contractors to provide one hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 56 hours annually, for use related to employee or family member illness, health needs, preventive care, or circumstances involving domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking. Additionally, Executive Order 13658 applies if the contract falls within specified award dates and has not been renewed or extended after January 30, 2022, requiring payment of at least $13.65 per hour (or the applicable wage rate listed, if higher) for all hours worked on the contract in 2026, with annual adjustments.
