About this file
This is a pricing template (Attachment J.3 - Schedule of Services) for contract N62470-24-R-0053 that provides labor categories and rates for the base year and four option years. The template includes 10 labor categories with specified hours for evaluation purposes: Principal, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, Journeyman Consultant, Junior Consultant, GIS Analyst, Financial Analyst, Cost Estimator, Technical Safety Course Developer, and Technical Instructor.
The template requires offerors to input fully burdened labor rates in Column B, indirect rates in Column D, and totals in Column E. It includes preset amounts for travel ($73,296 base year, ranging to $156,000-$170,000 in option years), ODCs ($5,000-$150,000), and subcontractor labor ($300,000-$1,077,048). Offerors must provide indirect rate percentages for travel, ODCs, and subcontractor labor. The fully burdened rates must include direct labor, benefits, overhead, phone service, computer charges, administrative costs, and profit. The template specifies that quantities are for evaluation only and actual task orders will be negotiated using the proposed rates.
