About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire that is part of a federal contract opportunity issued by the Library of Congress for Exhibit Design Services. The purpose of the questionnaire is to gather information on a contractor's past performance to determine their suitability to provide services for the Library's "Founding Phrases" exhibition, which will showcase the legacy of the Declaration of Independence. The questionnaire requests the recipient to rate the contractor's overall management, quality of products/services, effectiveness in project management, timeliness, reporting, subcontracted efforts, personnel competence, communication, and cost performance. Narrative explanations are requested for any marginal, unsatisfactory, or not applicable ratings. The completed questionnaire is to be returned via email by October 17, 2024. The related federal contract opportunity seeks an experienced exhibit design firm to design the case layouts, graphic design, and promotion for the upcoming "Founding Phrases" exhibition at the Library of Congress, which is a federal partner for the America250 Commission.
