Exhibition Design Services – Responses to Offeror Questions
Q# Offeror Question Library Answer
1 It does not look like this solicitation's scope covers multimedia services but would cover the production of bid documents for them if they were needed.
Do you know if there will be a future public solicitation for multimedia, or is interactive multimedia typically contracted through a direct bid process?
Interactive media would be developed under a separate solicitation and contract
2 What is the estimated budget for the design service?
The Library is not sharing information about the budget at this time.

6 Q 1: Will the government please clarify if there is an incumbent providing service on this contract or is this level of effort a new need?
Q 2: If there is an incumbent, can the government please provide the most recent contract award number & contract value?

Q 2: N/A
7 Does the Library have any intention of modifying the display structure?
No
8 Will Founding Phrases use the existing case furniture system and label rails?

9 Other than display pedestals, object plinths, and mounts, does the
Library have any intention of installing
Library can consider new system furniture as long as the design is in keeping within the project fabrication budget.
