About this file
This is Amendment 0003 to solicitation 030ADV25R0002 issued by the Library of Congress for Exhibit Design Services. The amendment makes two key changes: (1) provides an updated Attachment J-7 with answers to offeror questions and (2) modifies Section L by reducing the minimum requirements from five to four completed exhibition projects of at least 1,000 sq.ft. within the last 8 years.
The amendment maintains other key requirements including the need for at least one completed exhibition of 3,500 sq.ft. within the last 8 years, submission of two separate volumes (Technical and Price proposals), and specific proposal formatting requirements. Questions were due December 2, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST to Olexiy Levchuk and Moji Adejuwon. Proposals must be submitted via email with a 20MB size limit per email. The amendment requires offerors to submit past performance questionnaires directly from their customers and includes standard requirements for pricing submissions, signed SF1449/SF30 forms, and active SAM.gov registration.
