About this file

This is a Pre-award Inspection Checklist designed to verify contractor readiness and compliance prior to contract award for the Supportive Housing Services opportunity. The checklist serves as a quality assurance tool for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) to assess whether selected contractors meet specified requirements before final contract execution.

The inspection checklist likely covers key operational and administrative areas including facility readiness, staffing qualifications, insurance and bonding requirements, past performance documentation, financial stability, compliance with federal regulations, and organizational capacity to deliver supportive housing services within the 180-day period specified in the solicitation. By conducting this pre-award inspection, CSOSA ensures selected contractors possess the necessary infrastructure, personnel certifications, and operational capabilities to successfully perform under the contract terms before funds are obligated and work begins.
