About this file

This document is a specification and example attachment for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission's Nebraska Licensed Vehicle Duplicate Park Entry Permit, prepared in support of a State of Nebraska Department of Administrative Services printing solicitation. The attachment provides detailed specifications for the design, layout, and administration of duplicate park entry permits for Nebraska-licensed vehicles. The permit books contain 52 sequential permits per book and include features such as permit agent information fields, book and permit numbering, an issuing fee of $1.00 per permit, a sales register for tracking permit issuance, and specific placement instructions for permit application. The permits are designed to be affixed to the inside lower left-hand corner of vehicle windshields or to the frame of vehicles without windshields. Permit books are consigned to permit agent accounts and must be numbered sequentially, with all permits issued tracked in the included sales register.

The document specifies operational requirements for permit agents, including monthly remittance of all funds collected from permit sales to the Game and Parks Commission and return of completed permit books monthly with remittance reports. Permits grant access only to designated park areas where permits are required and convey no other privileges, services, or facility access without additional fees. Permit books must be returned to the Game and Parks Commission when empty or at the end of the calendar year, and accounts failing to remit payment after special notice will be closed with no further books issued. The specification includes sample permit layouts showing the Chadon State Park branding and OutdoorNebraska.org website reference, along with detailed application instructions for both windshield and non-windshield vehicle installation.
