About this file
This document is an Attachment A - Bid Summary Sheet for a solicitation (RFB202690000664) issued by a university, detailing a comprehensive construction or renovation project bid opportunity. The document provides a detailed breakdown of potential work across 33 MasterFormat (2018) divisions, ranging from general requirements to utilities, allowing bidders to provide proposed costs for labor and materials in each division. The bid summary enables contractors to itemize their pricing across various construction categories, with the university reserving the right to accept or reject any bids in its sole discretion.
The bid summary includes extensive labor rate tables for different worker classifications (supervisors, foremen, laborers) with rates for regular, non-regular, holiday, and Sunday hours. An equipment rental section allows contractors to list rental equipment and associated costs, and there is a provision for subcontractor markup. The related contract opportunity specifically involves replacing and commissioning outdoor dry coolers serving the glycol loop at One Waterfront Place in Morgantown, West Virginia. The document is structured to provide granular cost transparency and flexibility for bidders, with a total base bid to be calculated across the specified divisions and labor/material categories.
