The North Region encompasses eighteen counties: Jo Daviess, Stephenson, Winnebago, Ogle, Carroll, Whiteside, Lee, Lasalle, Bureau, Henry, Rock Island, Mercer, Henderson, Warren, Knox, Stark, Marshall, and Putnam. Pricing must be submitted for all line items within BidBuy for consideration of an award. Machinery and equipment costs, as well as System Patrolling and inspection costs, shall be entered as hourly rates. Material costs and equipment costs are reimbursed at vendor cost through commercial invoices; vendors should enter $500,000 for materials and $100,000 for equipment as billing mechanisms in BidBuy, though these amounts are estimated and not guaranteed. These cost categories are not material to the evaluation process.
