About this file

This is a blank Price Schedule template for a five-year groundwater sampling contract with the Department of the Interior National Park Service Intermountain Region for monitoring wells in Grand Teton National Park and the John D. Rockefeller Memorial Parkway. The contract is structured in five ordering periods, each spanning one year from May 4 through May 3 of the respective year (2026-2027 through 2030-2031). Vendors must provide unit pricing and extended prices for all line items across all ordering periods.

The pricing schedule includes four sub-items per ordering period: Annual Sampling of 63 wells with analysis and GEM database entry; Colter Bay Landfill Sampling (7 wells in periods 1, 3, and 5; 0 wells in periods 2 and 4); Additional Well Sampling when already mobilized (1 well per period); and Additional Well Sampling when not already mobilized including sampling and mobilization costs (1 well per period). All unit prices and extended prices are currently blank and require vendor completion. The notice stipulates that vendors must submit pricing conforming to all solicitation documents for all baseline and option line items, with unit prices governing in case of calculation errors and corrected totals governing in case of summation errors. The quantities provided are estimates only for evaluation purposes.
