About this file

This is a Memorandum for Record from the 90th Missile Wing (AFGSC) documenting the controlled unclassified information (CUI) release procedures for a project involving maintenance and pumping of grease traps and septic tanks at 15 Missile Alert Fields.

The memorandum establishes mandatory information safeguarding requirements for all vendors receiving CUI materials related to this project. Contractors must complete a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) demonstrating compliance with DFARS 252.204-7021. Specifically, contractors must achieve a NIST SP 800-171 assessment score of 110 completed within the last three years, or submit a plan of action to attain this score. If CMMC is available, a Level 2 certification is required to be eligible to receive the CUI drawings (Attachment 2). Once assessment verification is complete in SPRS, contractors may request documents via email from SrA Kyle Harris (kyle.harris.23@us.af.mil) or Ms. Liezel McIntyre (liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil), and materials will be provided through DoD SAFE Link (safe.apps.mil). CUI documents must be returned with the contractor proposal and destroyed using approved methods including cross-cut shredders producing 1mm x 5mm particles or smaller, or pulverization devices with 2.4mm security screens. The memorandum references compliance standards including AFI 33-332, DoDI 5200.48, DFARS provisions, and NIST SP 800-171 R2 and 800-172. Contractors must provide their CAGE Code and sign an acknowledgment form confirming receipt and understanding of safeguarding requirements. Questions regarding this policy should be directed to the F.E. Warren AFB Civil Engineer Squadron at (307) 773-3046.
