The federal contract opportunity involves renovating the existing passenger terminal building and providing a new temporary facility, with options to also provide baggage handling equipment. The estimated value is over $10 million. The renovation work must be completed within 720 calendar days and the temporary facility provided within 420 calendar days. The acquisition is set aside for small businesses classified under NAICS code 236220 with a size standard of $45 million. The pre-proposal site visit is scheduled for March 20th, 2024 and requests for information are due by March 28th, 2024. Proposals must be submitted electronically through PIEE by the closing date.
