About this file

This solicitation requests proposals for armed protective security officer services throughout West Virginia. The Department of Homeland Security Federal Protective Service seeks to acquire these services through an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods, as well as an optional six-month extension. The estimated service hours are 940,500 over 66 months. The services include protecting federal personnel and property at federally owned and leased buildings. This is a set-aside for woman-owned small businesses with a NAICS code of 561612 and size standard of $22 million. The pre-proposal conference will be held on March 11, 2020. Proposals are due based on the solicitation requirements and will be evaluated using a best value tradeoff method where technical factors are more important than price.
