Flight Test Apron Repair, Hill AFB, Utah
Pre-Proposal Site Visit
Thursday, 17 Feb 2022
A site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, February 17th 2022, at 0945 MST. Offerors will convene at the Utah Resident Office (URO) prior to the site walk. Offerors are urged to attend the site where services are to be performed to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. All questions entertained at the site visit must be submitted via DRChecks in accordance with the instructions in the solicitation.
When: Thursday, 17 Feb 2022
Time: 0945 – 1230 MST
Where: Hill AFB, Utah
(Show up at South Gate Visitor Center at least 30 minutes prior to ensure ability to get on base)

Hill AFB, UT 84056
- From the Hill AFB South Gate entrance go straight.
- Left turn at 8th street and park in main parking area on the right.
- Utah Resident Office (URO) are the adjoined temporary buildings in the middle of the parking area.
- Proceed to the main entrance and await further instructions.
All visitors shall be escorted 100% of the time during the site visit. The Government will provide a sufficient number of escorts to accommodate attendees. Transportation will not be provided from the conference room location to the site. Photography will not be permitted. Requested photos may be taken by authorized Government personnel and posted to SAM.gov. It is anticipated the briefing and site visit may run approximately 2-3 hours.
