The selected contractor will demolish and remove existing concrete slabs and drainage structures, design and install new anchored aircraft tie-downs and pavement markings in accordance with DoD and Air Force facility criteria. Additional requirements include installing underdrain piping and stormwater structures, providing grounding points, and replacing existing aircraft sunshade structures. The Department of the Army Corps of Engineers Engineering District Sacramento is the contracting agency. The acquisition will utilize sealed bidding procedures.

SUPPLEMENTAL CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS

1. Performance Period: Refer to contract section 00700, FAR 52.211-10. The performance period for the work stated above shall be 365 calendar days.

2. Liquidated Damages: Refer to contract section 00700, FAR 52.211-12, Liquidated Damages-

Construction. Liquidated damages for this work are $2,974.34 for each day of delay.

3. Authorities: “Only a warranted Contracting Officer (either PCO or ACO) acting within their delegated limits has the authority to issue modifications or otherwise change the terms and conditions of this contract. If an individual other than the Contracting Officer attempts to make changes to the terms and conditions of this contract you shall not proceed with the change and shall immediately notify the

Contracting Officer.”

Wage Determination: General Decision No: UT20220091 01/07/2022, or its most current modification atthe time of award is hereby applicable to work performed under this task order. The most current decision or its modification can be found at:

6. Time Extensions For Unusually Severe Weather: Refer to FAR 52.249-10, Default (Fixed- Priced

Construction). All weather delay will need to be submitted and approved by the Contracting Officer

Representative.
