CONTRACTOR FURNISHED EQUIPMENT
Except for items identified as Government Furnished identified in SOW and Exhibit IV, the Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, parts, supplies, components, and vehicles to perform the requirements of this contract as identified in SOW and in this Exhibit V.

Uniforms – Required to be worn by Contractors’ employees that clearly distinguish them from other staff as Security personnel.

These uniform items shall be provided by the Contractor for contract employees both for full-time and part-time employees. Contractor will cover replacement, upgrades and new uniforms for newly hired employees. The items listed are the minimum standards required for this contract. Contactor can decide on additional items as deemed necessary for employees to carry out duties in performance of this contract. Uniform types must be approved by CO and COR before authorization to procure and distribute.

Weapons:
Semi-automatic pistol 9 MM
Ammunition-Duty: Type and amount AS REQUIRED based on weapon authorization. Type recommended to meet Contract requirements should be Jacketed Hollow Point bullets
Ammunition-Target/Range: Type and amount AS REQUIRED based on weapon authorization.
12-Gage Shotgun: Semi-automatic or pump action model with minimum magazine capacity of 4 shells and will be equipped with a conventional sling. Full stock and barrel length shall be between 18’1/4 and 22 inches. Number and type shotgun AS REQUIRED based on authorization.
Ammunition-Shotgun: Standard 12 gage “00” buckshot.
Fees and costs associated with the licensing and bonding of weapons

Contractor shall supply 9MM side arms as approved by the CO and COR.
The Contractor shall provide each Contract full-time and part-time employee with the approved side arm as their official duty weapon.
All duty ammunition and range ammunition will be provided by the Contractor to include replacement ammo to meet the weapons training certifications and duty ammo requirements.
The Contractor shall provide all official bonds required, and pay all fees or costs involved or related to the authorization for arming of all employees engaged in providing on-site services specified under this contract.
Vehicle(s):
Primary Vehicle –4-wheel drive pickup or SUV, capable of handling Northern-tier weather
Secondary Vehicle(s) – Type to be determined based on support required and identified by Contractor

As Required The Contractor shall provide a primary security vehicle, and any secondary vehicle(s) as required for this Contract to support roving patrols, on-site emergency response, inspections of grounds, facilities, out buildings and property encompassing 318 acres and the perimeters. The vehicle shall be a 4-wheel drive pickup or SUV and shall be able to operate in extreme weather conditions like significant snow and rain conditions and be able to traverse gravel and dirt roads that are located off the main paved roads on and around the site. Vehicle(s) shall be equipped with a halogen spotlight (mounted or portable). Vehicle(s) shall be equipped with a ten (1) to fifteen (15) pound portable dry chemical ABC extinguisher, installed and maintained in accordance with NFPA IO, Portable Fire Extinguishers. The vehicle(s) shall be equipped with a conventional universal first aid kit with airway pack and cling bandages.
The Contractor shall obtain all applicable permits, titles, inspections, and registrations in accordance with applicable Federal, state and local laws for the operation of vehicle(s). All costs for the operation and maintenance of vehicle(s), including fueling and all license and insurance fees, shall be borne by the Contractor.
The vehicle shall be distinctly marked to be readily identifiable as a security vehicle to pedestrians and local law enforcement. Distinguishable identifiers could be any approved combination(s); decals (i.e., SECURITY), flashing police or security lights mounted on top, grill or visor of vehicle. Additional vehicle(s) may be identified as suitable for the Contractors vehicle needs used for patrols, and or meeting commercial delivery vehicles at the EROS delivery gate or shuttling Contract employees around the site to fixed posts such as the main gate and warehouse.

Communications equipment
Consists of the following items.
Hand held Motorola XTS2500 mobile radios (this brand or equal) 10 each Radio chargers and batteries 10 each Radio Base Station 2 each One (1) in the SCC and the other at the main gate Radio charger refurbishers 2 each Radio cases, clips shall be provided by the contractor as well
Radio Repeater 1 each
Cell Phones, as required.
The Contractor shall obtain all applicable permits in accordance with Federal Regulations for the operation of such radio equipment. A copy of all such permits shall be delivered to the COR upon request prior to the utilization of designated frequencies. The Contractor must ensure useful availability of all Contractor furnished communications equipment on a continuous basis. The Contractor shall immediately provide fully- operational substitute communications equipment in the event any equipment is temporarily inoperable.
The Contractor may purchase or lease the radios and accessories. The Frequency shall be provided by FCC or the contractor may obtain a local two way radio contactor to lease or purchase necessary equipment and frequency.
The Contractor shall be solely responsible for any costs associated with replacing the radios due to damage or inoperability, upgrades, or end of life cycle.
The contractor shall ensure there are no dead spots throughout the EROS property to provide full coverage. Therefor a repeater may be needed, but contractor is responsible to provide a fully functional unit.
Contractor shall provide cell phones for key personnel in support of emergency response and on-call responsibilities for after hour contact.
The Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a local cell phone contract and agreement in support of this contract.
