About this file

This is a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP) Matrix for Fire Protection and Life Safety training services, outlining performance metrics and standards for key deliverables. The matrix details specific requirements for course completion reports, student critiques, key personnel retention, audits, and invoicing.

The QASP establishes strict performance standards including: course completion reports must be submitted within 30 calendar days with 0% error rate; student critiques must be collected from at least 95% of attendees; key personnel turnover cannot exceed 20% during the contract; audit corrections must be completed within 30 days or before the next class; and invoices must be submitted within 5 working days after travel with complete accuracy. Non-compliance results in documentation on performance report cards or increased government oversight at contractor expense. The matrix also requires 100% compliance with FAR 52.222-50 regarding Combating Trafficking in Persons.
