About this file

The document is a Government Property Report for a US Coast Guard cutter repair contract (Solicitation No. 70Z08525QLREP0003). The report is designed to track government property during the contract performance period for the USCGC HOLLYHOCK, with a focus on documenting the receipt, use, location, and disposition of property. The contractor is required to complete a detailed chart recording property type, value, receipt date, installation/consumption date, current location, and disposition instructions for serviceable, salvage, or scrap property.

The related federal contract opportunity involves dock-side repairs for the USCGC HOLLYHOCK in Honolulu, Hawaii, with an ordering period from the award date through September 18, 2025. The first task order's performance period is from August 4, 2025, to September 18, 2025. The scope encompasses all ship maintenance, repair, and associated support work to be specified via task orders, under the Department of Homeland Security US Coast Guard's solicitation. The contractor must complete and submit this property report with the final invoice, ensuring full accountability of all government property used during the contract performance.
