About this file
This document provides an example compensation plan template and pricing structure for health care workers to support behavioral health and traumatic brain injury services in Europe under a Department of the Army Medical Command solicitation. The compensation plan template breaks out proposed direct labor costs, fringe benefits, and billing rates for health care worker categories on an hourly basis over five ordering periods. It includes fields for annual salary, escalation rates, cash compensation, hourly rates, payroll taxes, insurance, paid time off allowances, and profit rates to derive fully burdened billable hourly rates by labor category. The related federal contract opportunity is for follow-on behavioral health and traumatic brain injury personal and non-personal services at Landstuhl Regional Medical Center and other overseas medical treatment facilities.
