About this file

This document outlines target service level agreements for personnel action request, payroll, and benefits services processing. Key details include specific metrics and targets for contact center response times, case resolution rates, customer satisfaction, and timeliness of personnel action requests, payroll, and benefits processing. Financial impacts are outlined for metrics designated as fee-at-risk. Trigger conditions are established that impact thresholds for timeliness metrics if certain criteria are not met, such as no-pay situations or actions held in suspense. The related federal contract opportunity is a request for proposal from the U.S. Department of Commerce, Enterprise Services for personnel action request, payroll, and benefits transaction processing services to support offices across the Department of Commerce. Proposals are due June 8, 2020.
