About this file

This is a Pricing/CLIN Structure Spreadsheet that establishes the contract line item structure and pricing requirements for maintenance services supporting a Defense Finance and Accounting Service facility in Indianapolis, Indiana.

The contract utilizes a blended pricing model across five geographic or operational areas (CLINs 0001-0002, 1001-1002, 2001-2002, 3001-3002, and 4001-4002), each containing two line items: a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) monthly preventive maintenance service and a Time-and-Materials (T&M) emergency/non-emergency repair labor component. For preventive maintenance, vendors must propose a monthly firm-fixed unit price covering all scheduled preventive maintenance actions, system diagnostics, administration, and routine consumables such as batteries, contacts, and wiring. For emergency and non-emergency repairs, vendors must propose fully burdened hourly labor rates for technician services, with a government-established ceiling of $30,000 per CLIN; major replacement equipment will be furnished by the government. The total evaluated price across all CLINs is $150,000.00. Quotations must be submitted by email by 4:00 PM EST on July 27, 2026, with technical questions due by 4:00 PM EST on July 22, 2026 to the designated contracting officers. The services support maintenance of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV), Intrusion Detection System (IDS), and Access Control System (ACS) equipment.
